1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy policy (the Policy) defines the procedure for processing personal data of users of the logoric service (the Service) provided by sole proprietor ИП Захарчук Вадим Игоревич (OGRN 323100000028791, INN 100485339277), hereinafter — the Controller.
1.2. Use of the Service constitutes the User's consent to this Policy. In case of disagreement, processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of services is carried out on the basis of the agreement (offer) and applicable law.
2. What data is processed
2.1. The Controller may process: email address, name (if provided), password (in hashed form), login and session data; Service usage data (access logs, account actions, IP address, User-Agent); data provided by the User to the Service (logs, project metadata, notification settings, notification delivery contacts — Telegram ID, email, webhook URLs).
2.2. Logs and other data uploaded by the User to the Service for analysis are processed for the purpose of providing services (storage, indexing, analysis, notification delivery). The Controller does not use log content for advertising or transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
3.1. Processing is carried out for: providing access to the Service, identification and authentication; performance of the service agreement; payment accounting and compliance with tax law; improving the Service and ensuring security; responding to the User's request.
3.2. Legal bases: User consent; performance of contract; legitimate interests of the Controller (security, anonymised analytics); compliance with legislation.
4. Disclosure to third parties
4.1. Data may be disclosed to: hosting and cloud providers (infrastructure); payment systems (to the extent necessary for processing payments); notification delivery services (Telegram, SMTP, webhooks) if the User has configured such channels; public authorities where required by law.
5. Retention period
5.1. Account and transaction data are retained for the term of the agreement and after its termination — to the extent and for the periods required by law (including tax law). Logs and project data are retained in accordance with tariff settings and retention limits; they may be deleted after the retention period.
6. User rights
6.1. The User may request access to their personal data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or withdraw consent (where applicable) by sending a request to hello@logoric.tech or via Telegram support (@logoric_help_bot). The Controller will process the request within the time limit set by applicable law (for the Russian Federation — in accordance with the Federal Law on Personal Data).
7. Security
7.1. The Controller takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration or disclosure. No guarantee of security of data transmitted over the internet is provided; the User uses the Service at their own risk in respect of communication channels.
8. Changes to the Policy
8.1. The Controller may change this Policy. A new version takes effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
